Mechanism of action animated video

Storytelling for Pharma and Healthcare

Over the years, I have had the opportunity to collaborate with some leading market leaders across, pharmaceutical, healthcare, life sciences, and medical device companies to craft digital solutions for a variety of audiences. As a Director of Digital Experience and Engagement for a small but bustling digital production agency I have had the pleasure of working with some of the biggest brands out there. I come to the table with years of experience across a wide array of focus areas and I come as an experienced digital marketing and communications executive, I know how to engage, immerse and inform audiences.

Mechanism of disease animation production for oncology, autoimmune disease, cardiology, and neurology

As we all know this is a very regulated industry space that’s why details are never lost with me regarding content and the folks accessing it. Specifically I work in these areas of tactics:

Content Creation: Videos (ex. web demonstrators, teasers for mobile and social media, large format attractors for tradeshows and congresses) for medical affairs or commercial, technical animations (*example of a recent effort for Illumina’s NovaSeq Product Launch below.), infographics, and copy all of which are catered for the venue and/or audience (ex. HCPs, MSLs, KOL/academia, B2B, consumers, etc.).

Digital Experiences: websites, custom interactive apps (tablet apps, mobile apps, touchscreen applications, AR/VR applications) for a host of commercial, and medical affairs/R&D customer groups. These solutions have inevitably included creating custom approved content.

I have had the opportunity to take on big challenges to make MOD’s interactive and create interactive stories that are technically accurate and regulatory approved. In some cases, they are chaptered sequences that step through the cascade of events for a given pathway. Or it may be a ‘sandbox’ experience that allows a User to explore a pathway in a non-linear fashion, yet always clear of the sequence of events. Clients include Biogen Idec, Seattle Genetics, Genentech, and Amgen. I have worked in different therapy areas (ex. oncology, neurology, cardiology, etc.) having created award winning mechanism of disease content and animations for multiple sclerosis, hemophilia, and various cancer pathways. In some cases, these videos have been later expanded into mechanism of action when proposed therapies have launched commercially (ex. Fampyra, Tecfidera, Lupkynis, Seattle Genetics ADC technology).

Aside from creating these sort of pathway content, I have done hardware, product and service focused content for various clients (ex. GE Healthcare, Illumina, Edwards Lifesciences, etc.) like the one shown below for a recent product launch.

PLEASE NOTE:

If you’re looking to see if I have experience in a certain industry vertical, therapy area or audience segment, please ask. I have years of experience with a deep portfolio, and unfortunately for a number of reasons cannot share the entirety of my work online.
